Reyn Boyer is the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives in the Office of the Vice Provost for Research. In this role, they lead efforts to advance institutional research priorities through strategic planning, program development, and data-driven decision-making. Reyn oversees internal research funding programs – including the Catalyst Awards, Discovery Awards, and the President’s Frontier Award – and helps track and communicate key research metrics for the university. They also coordinate cross-cutting initiatives that support faculty research and innovation. Reyn joined the team in 2020.
